Refund and Cancellation Policy
An order may be adjusted or cancelled at the discretion of Shaw + Smith staff if reasonable notice is given prior to dispatch. Once the wine is dispatched, it may be recalled or redirected by the customer or upon request to Shaw + Smith to act on the customer's behalf. No refunds or credits can be given until the original wine is received by the winery. If Shaw + Smith have been notified of a breakage in transit by our carrier, we will endeavour to send out a replacement to the customer as soon as possible.

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is received damaged or faulty. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or damaged. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to info@shawandsmith.com to arrange for the return of corked or damaged product.

Once the wine is received back to the winery we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at +61 8398 0500 for return instructions.

All event tickets purchased are non refundable unless stated otherwise.
